Utdanningshjelpen Blindern, Education Help Fund (EHF) invites you to an exiting lecture on the topic of education in war torn countries!
Education is an extremely important institution that affects many facets of society. In a situation of war and conflict education will often be neglected and ignored at the cost of the citizens and the country as a whole. That tendency can be detrimental to the development of a country, as education in many ways clears the path to peace, and a more just society.
This lecture will shed some light the topic of education in war torn countries, with a focus on Somalia.
